Wingman Watches Customization Page

With the launch of our Custom Watch line, you’ll have the ability to create a custom watch unique to your organization at a level of detail found nowhere else!

Work with one of our artists to capture the spirit of your group, and select from our dozens of different options when designing your watch:

Movement – Choose either a Swiss Quartz Movement or a Swiss Automatic Movement.
Size – Choose either 44mm or 39mm.
Dial Layout – Three layouts are available (Aviator, Instrument, Professional), or you can design your own. If you want to add modifications to any of the standard layouts, we can do that as well.
Case – Choose either a Stainless Steel Silver, PVD Black, or Rose Gold case in a Brushed-Polished Combo finish or a Bead Blast finish.
Dial Design – Specify your dial color, add custom logos, patches, aircraft, etc. Make it your own!
Band – Choose any one of our high quality watch bands: Stitched Padded Leather, Stitched Pilot Strap Leather, Double-Stitched Pilot Strap Leather, Tactical FKM Rubber, Ballistic Nylon NATO, or Metal Bracelet ($149 extra).
Caseback – Fully customizable back, to include an engraved individual name (name engraving available on watches using the Swiss Quartz Movement only). The Swiss Automatic Movement will have a crystal caseback so that you can see the movement, so the only available space is the ring of stainless steel surrounding the crystal.

Additional Info:

The minimum order is 5 units per movement type and size. For example, if you want to design a 44mm Quartz watch and a 39mm Quartz watch, the minimum order would be 5 watches of each size. The same would apply if they had different movements.
The price per watch will depend on the final number ordered (per movement type and size). The price drops drastically for every 5 additional watches you order over the minimum (5).

Custom Project Overview

Please tell us who the watch is for (unit, business, class, graduation, etc.) *
Approximately how many watches will you be ordering? (Min. order 5) *This doesn't need to be exact. Demand for custom watches is high. The more people you can get to go in on this design the sooner we can make it.

Step 1. Movement

Choose your movement type *The movement is the internal mechanism of your watch. We offer 2 movement selections, Quartz and Automatic. Both of them are Swiss movements, so there is no compromise in quality, whatever selection you make. A Quartz movement is powered by a battery and uses a Quartz crystal for second hand timing. An Automatic movement uses the motion of your wrist/body to power the watch. The starting prices are listed, but the price will drop with each additional 5 watches ordered above the minimum order of 5.

Step 2. Size

Choose your watch size *If you want to do a combination of sizes, let us know in the project overview section above. There is a min order of 5 watches per size.

Step 3. Dial Layout

Choose your dial layout *We have 3 common layouts that are the most popular. If you want to design your own layout, please describe what you would like in the project overview section above (not commonly done).

Design your custom dial Please upload pictures of the designs you want to add to your watch. Generally there is space at the 6 o'clock position, but we can also shift our log a little to fit other designs. Add custom logos, patches, aircraft, etc. You can highlight different numbers or tick marks that are significant to your organization. If you can think of it, we will try to make it work. If you don't have any design files handy, just explain what you want in the Project Overview section above and we'll get started on the design.

Step 6. Band

Choose your band You can reference the Wingman Band Document for further details on the bands. Select the type you want, and our artist who will work with you can confirm the band/stitching color.

Step 7. Caseback

Design your caseback For watches using the Quartz movement, there is enough space on the back to include patches, logos, aircraft, etc. For watches using the Automatic movement, a majority of the caseback will be clear so that you can see the movement, which means only the outer edge will be available for engraving. Generally, only text can be added to the Automatic caseback.

Step 8. Unique Elements

Tell us about any unique elements you want to add to your watch. A common one is a special large second hand ($49 extra per watch, unless it's one we've already built). A majority of the watches we build use our standard second hand.
